A sort out of scientists has succeeded in creating the first semiconductor device ready-made from a single atom. The group, which includes researchers from Philanthropist Establishment and the Gwangju Constitute of Skill and Engineering in Dixieland Korea, publicised their findings in the Gregorian calendar month 24 issue of the leger Nature.
