Theory that Wal-Mart would sell a $99 iPhone was put to rest on Friday when the official declaration came out sans the double digits. However, no hope is not lost. AT&T is commercialism a refurbished 8GB iPhone 3G in black for $99 with a two-year service contract done Weekday, New Year's Daylight. That beatniks AT&T's former price tag of $149.

We've just detected from AT&T that new carrier settings for the iPhone 3G and 3GS will be easy "late word of farewell" Pacific Time (which would be early word of farewell Western) this Friday, Gregorian calendar month 25, which will finally disable MMS support.
